This Shipping Policy explains how ToysForYou (“we”, “us”, “our”) ships orders placed on toysforyou.in (“Website”). It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
1. Scope & Shipping Areas
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on toysforyou.in, operated by Sporteology Global Private Limited (CIN U62012WB2025PTC279345), registered office at 11 Olabibitala Lane, Shibpur, Howrah, West Bengal, India – 711102.
We offer pan-India delivery through our logistics partners, Shiprocket and Delhivery, subject to those partners’ serviceability at the time of dispatch. In the rare event your pincode is found to be non-serviceable, we will notify you and cancel the order with a full refund.
2. Payment Mode
We currently accept prepaid orders only, processed through our payment partner, Razorpay. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
3. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
Product handling time is 1–3 business days from order confirmation, after which your order is dispatched. Delivery typically takes a further 1–7 business days, for a total order-to-delivery time of approximately 2–10 business days from order confirmation.
For this Policy, “business day” means Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays in India.
These timelines are good-faith estimates based on standard courier performance and are not a guaranteed delivery date. Delays caused by our logistics partners, weather, regional disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control do not entitle you to compensation beyond the remedies set out in this Policy and our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on orders with a cart value above ₹1,999. Orders with a cart value of ₹1,999 or below are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹199 per item, applicable across India. Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Order Tracking & Shipment Packaging
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link is automatically sent to you via our logistics partner (Shiprocket or Delhivery), allowing you to track your shipment’s progress.
Orders containing multiple items ship together in a single package. We do not currently offer split or partial shipments.
6. Address Changes, Failed Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed. Please review your delivery address carefully before completing checkout.
If delivery fails because the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, or because you are unavailable to receive the shipment after reasonable delivery attempts by our courier partner, the order will be returned to us (“Return to Origin” or “RTO”). In such cases:
- Redelivery will be arranged only upon your request, subject to payment of a flat reshipping fee of ₹199 per item, regardless of whether the original order qualified for free shipping.
- If redelivery is not requested, or is not possible, we may cancel the order at our discretion; refund terms for a cancelled RTO order are governed by our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
7. Lost or Transit-Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost in transit, or arrives with the outer package visibly destroyed (this is distinct from a defective or damaged product inside an intact package, which is governed by our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy), please contact us at support@toysforyou.in with your order number and any supporting evidence (e.g., photographs of the package) within 48 hours of the expected delivery date (for a lost shipment) or within 48 hours of receipt (for a shipment received with the outer package visibly destroyed).
Upon verification with our courier partner, we will refund the item price — excluding any shipping fee paid on the original order — to your original payment source (bank account or card used at checkout).
