These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website www.toysforyou.in (“Website”) owned and operated by Sporteology Global Private Limited.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website ToysForYou.in (“Website”) owned and operated by Sporteology Global Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, bearing CIN U62012WB2025PTC279345 and GSTIN 19ABQCS2060N1ZO, having its registered office at 11 Olabibitala Lane, Shibpur, Howrah, West Bengal, India – 711102.
By accessing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, and Data Safety & Retention Policy, each incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a valid contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to register an account, place an order, or otherwise transact on the Website. If you are under 18 years of age, you may browse or use the Website only under the direct supervision of, and with orders placed and these Terms accepted by, your parent or legal guardian, who shall be the contracting party and shall be solely responsible for such use and for the resulting contract. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified on the Website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. About Us & Nature of Products
ToysForYou is the brand under which Sporteology Global Private Limited designs, manufactures, and sells collectible action figures. We manufacture all products in-house using 3D printing (including CD printing) in PLA, PLA+, and resin. We do not sell, resell, or distribute products of any other brand or manufacturer, and we sell only through this Website, only within India.
Product classification. All products listed on the Website are collectible display items intended for hobbyists and adult collectors aged 14 years and above. They are not toys within the meaning of the Toys (Quality Control) Order, 2020, and are not designed, tested, or certified for use as children’s play items. Products may contain small, detailed, or fragile parts and are unsuitable for, and must be kept out of the reach of, children under 14 years of age, presenting a choking hazard if placed in the mouth.
Quality process. Every product undergoes a three-step internal quality inspection prior to dispatch. Notwithstanding this process, given the nature of 3D-printed, hand-finished items, minor variations in color, texture, print lines, or finish — between units of the same product, and between a physical product and its photographed representation on the Website — are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and do not by themselves constitute a defect.
Purchase limits. To ensure fair availability, we may limit purchase quantity to one unit per SKU per order/cart. We reserve the right to cancel or restrict orders that we reasonably believe are placed for bulk resale, arbitrage, or through automated means.
3. Account Registration
Use of the Website requires creation of a registered user account with accurate, current, and complete information (name, email, phone number, shipping address).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@toysforyou.in of any unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or are used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
4. Intellectual Property
“ToysForYou”, the ToysForYou logo, and associated brand marks (“ToysForYou™”) are trademarks of Sporteology Global Private Limited. A trademark application for “ToysForYou” is pending registration before the Trade Marks Registry, India. Accordingly, the mark is used with the ™ designation and not ®, and no representation is made that registration has been granted.
All content on the Website — including product designs, 3D models, sculpts, images, photographs, text, graphics, logos, and page layout — is the exclusive property of Sporteology Global Private Limited or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, the Designs Act, 2000, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
No part of the Website or its content may be reproduced, copied, 3D-scanned, reverse-engineered, remolded, distributed, or used to create derivative works without our prior written consent. Unauthorized reproduction of our product designs — including 3D-scanning or reprinting a purchased item for resale — is strictly prohibited and may be pursued as copyright, design, and/or trademark infringement.
5. Pricing, Payment & Order Acceptance
All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed through our third-party payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your full payment card or banking credentials; such information is handled directly by Razorpay in accordance with applicable payment security standards.
Pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, or human error, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel the affected order — whether or not it has been confirmed or payment captured — and issue a full refund of the exact amount paid for that product, rather than honor the incorrectly listed price. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any such cancellation.
An order is deemed accepted by us only upon dispatch confirmation, not upon order placement or payment confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch — including for product unavailability, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms — with a full refund of amounts paid.
6. Shipping, Delivery, Cancellation & Returns
We ship only within India, via our logistics partners Shiprocket and Delhivery. Product handling time is 1–3 business days and delivery time is 1–7 business days thereafter, for a typical order-to-delivery time of 2–10 business days, subject to serviceability and courier delays.
Shipping is free on orders with a cart value above ₹1,999. Orders below this threshold are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹199 per item, across India.
Full details of dispatch timelines, serviceability, order cancellation windows, and return/refund conditions — including the photo/video evidence requirements for return approval — are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, which form part of, and are incorporated by reference into, these Terms.
7. Prohibited Conduct & User-Generated Content
You agree not to:
- Use the Website for any unlawful purpose;
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data, pricing, or content from the Website;
- Place bulk or repeat orders through multiple accounts, false identities, or automated means to circumvent purchase limits, for resale purposes;
- Infringe our or any third party’s intellectual property;
- Post false, defamatory, misleading, or abusive content, including fake or incentivized reviews without disclosure;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, restrict purchase quantities, or suspend accounts for any user engaged in conduct prohibited under this section, in addition to our rights under Section 2 (Purchase limits).
Reviews and User Content. Reviews and other content you submit (“User Content”) must reflect your genuine opinion. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute it in connection with the Website and our marketing. We may remove any User Content at our sole discretion, including content we believe to be fake, incentivized without disclosure, defamatory, or in violation of these Terms.
8. Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
The Website and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While every product undergoes our three-step quality inspection, we do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from any order, howsoever caused (whether under contract, tort, or otherwise), shall not exceed the exact price paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, or any of your statutory rights as a consumer, that cannot be excluded or limited under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable law.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by our logistics partners (Shiprocket, Delhivery) or payment partner (Razorpay) beyond our reasonable control, or for events of Force Majeure (Section 10).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sporteology Global Private Limited, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.
9. Grievance Redressal, Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, our Grievance Officer is:

If you have any grievance regarding the Website, an order, or these Terms, please contact our Grievance Officer first. We will acknowledge and endeavor to resolve grievances within the timelines prescribed under applicable law.
If a grievance remains unresolved after this process, either party may pursue remedies before a court of competent jurisdiction as set out below. This clause does not affect, and shall not be construed to restrict, your statutory right to approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which you may exercise regardless of this clause.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the consumer-forum rights noted above, the courts at Howrah, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
10. General Provisions
Force Majeure. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, courier network disruptions, or government action.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, and Data Safety & Retention Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sporteology Global Private Limited regarding use of the Website.
Amendment. We may revise these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on the Website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
